Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a Refund (minus the delivery charges) or store credit.

Please see below for more information on our return policy.

  • Returning a product on FINO is simple; all you have to do is log on to your MY ACCOUNT and click on the REQUEST FOR RETURN Fill in all the details and submit. It’s that easy.
  • You must select the mode of refund. If you have made online payments, the amount will be credited back to the account from which you have made the payment. If you have paid cash on delivery, you must provide bank details to which the refund has to be credited.
  • The product will be eligible for return within 5 days of delivery date. Hence, RETURN REQUESTS CAN BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY. RETURN REQUEST LATER THAN THAT WILL BE WILL NOT BE ATTENDED.
  • All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • The delivery executive will pick up the product.

REFUNDS

We are happy to refund any item(s) purchased within 5 days of delivery, provided they are in a resalable and unused condition, accompanied by original price tags and receipt. In the case of a return, the amount will be refunded (minus the delivery charges) after the product has been collected.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
